As I said, I will write here as a Diary, I signed up on Sunday for Noom and plan on paying the $129 for the four months. I keeps me accountable and that is the think I need the most. It’s accountability. I have logged my food for the past four days. And I am eating lots more fruits and veggies.


Weigh in

This morning my weight was 295.4 lbs. and this will be my starting point for this Journey. Therefore Mondays will probably become my weigh-in and diary days for the blog.


Support is very important on this journey. Thankfully I have my wonderful husband, my children and my family. I also have wonderful friends in real life and online.The picture here, is what I posted on Instagram today, And the love I got from my former Gold’s Gym Family, made me cry.

I hate my picture taken because I don’t feel like myself. Cause I am uncomfortable with myself. The wakeup call this time has been the blood clotting scare I had in May and the swelling in my feet. I know I am also pre-diabetic and I want to change that.

This is a picture of me in 2008, this is my goal. This was after I had lost 80lb and went from a size 24-26 to a size 14. I weighed 189lb, in that picture and that shirt is a medium.
